Meet the Bear Family: Mother Margaret, Father Patrick, Brother Piers, Sister Andromeda, Baby .This sleuth of bears can be found using your sense of smell… because they’ll probably be heading in the direction of something tasty!

Meet the Petites:

Mother Margaret Petite has the most delicious job of them all – she runs the village doughnut shop, much to the delight of Brother Piers. Mother Margaret always comes home with freshly made doughnuts for the children but makes sure they eat them at the table, where they can practice their manners.

Father Patrick Petite is the most trusted person in the whole of Sylvania – his job, as Mayor, is to look after the village and make sure that everybody is OK. He just loves having new ideas which will make the Sylvanian village an even happier place to live!

Patrick is also the Head Teacher of the Country Tree School which means he has lots of responsibility. Lots of children and adults look up to Patrick Petite and he loves teaching the children how to be the best versions of themselves. He often shows them the constellations in the night sky, letting their imaginations run to the moon and back.

Sister Andromeda is the listener out of her friendship group. She always helps to solve problems and she is the first person to come up with a solution that everybody agrees on. Andromeda has perfect listening skills because Mother Margaret teaches all of the children to have manners, and Andromeda just loves being polite and kind because it’s the best of all the things.

Brother Piers visits Mother Margaret’s doughnut shop at least every other day and always comes away with something yummy – he has a big appetite! When he is playing with his friends, sometimes he just can’t resist following his nose if he can smell something yummy. Mother Margaret has stopped letting him help get meals ready because he always eats everything before it makes it into the dining room!
